Covid-19 mitigation
Chicago and the State of Illinois have moved to Phase 5 of Restore Illinois and Reopen Chicago. This includes a full reopening of all sectors of the economy and the removal of capacity limits and social distancing requirements. We have resumed normal operations with new safety guidelines and procedures.
What the Chicago Magic Lounge is doing to prevent the spread of COVID:
Ionizers have been installed at key points in our HVAC system.
The entire facility is professionally cleaned 7 days a week.
All surfaces and restrooms are cleaned regularly, including between performances, using commercial anti-viral cleaning solutions.
Hand sanitizer is available at several locations for all to use.
As always, all of our service staff are certified in safe food handling practices.
All staff and performers are encouraged to stay home if they feel ill, regardless of COVID-19 diagnosis. If you are sick with COVID-19 symptoms or think you might have COVID-19, stay home and avoid public spaces except to get medical care and communicate with the Box Office for ticket exchange.
